My CEO just forwarded me (and the whole company) this email from a client.  It’s nice to be appreciated

I never take phone calls, I’m kept pretty hidden away.  So it’s even more special to get feedback from one of my first calls.

“I called [your company] on Wednesday to ask the special favor of getting this card loaded the same afternoon. It started with Carol and her cheery greeting offering service. She then transferred me to Daniel when she learned what it was I needed. Daniel was also cheery in his greeting and asked what he could do for me. After learning the situation he said he would do it and that would be that. Sure enough that afternoon (after a few email clarifications) it was up and running on the site and my client loved it! Daniel took care of me with professionalism, a good attitude and a sense of humor. Thank you.

It is the small things that count and this may have been a small task or regular service but it was huge to me. I know that any clients I direct your way will be treated well and their service expectations met. Thank you for doing a great job. Have a great day and a better weekend. “
