I know the feeling...we bought some very expensive telepresense technology from Tandberg, an Oslo Norway based firm. When the chairs arrived, the were gorgeous, brushed stainless steal and black leather, the problem is anyone over 200 lbs in the chair is really tight, damn Norwegans....I sent the a link to Costco so they can see who their customers are over here....
